What data we process

Website access data (processed by Squarespace as our hosting provider):

• IP address, date/time of access, device/browser information, and pages accessed.

Local application data on your device is not automatically transmitted to us; the app stores your productivity log locally in your browser/device storage (e.g., entries, timestamps, tags).

Purpose of processing

• Provide access to the licensed software.

• Prevent unauthorized use and enforce license terms, including detecting password sharing and suspicious access patterns.

• Security and troubleshooting.

Legal basis (GDPR)

• Legitimate interests: preventing misuse, protecting our service, and enforcing licensing terms.

Recipients / processors

• Squarespace (hosting and analytics) processes access data on our behalf.

Retention

• Access log retention follows Squarespace’s capabilities (e.g., activity log visibility windows) and we do not intentionally store IP data longer than necessary for license enforcement.

Your obligations (no patient data)

• The software is intended for use without patient identifiers. Users must not enter any patient-identifying information.
