for Radiology Logger
1) Product and scope
Radiology Logger (“Software”) is a time and productivity logging tool for radiology work. The Software is not a medical device and does not provide diagnostic or clinical decision support.
2) License grant
Sarovic Consulting AB grants the consumer (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for internal professional use by the individual Licensee, subject to these Terms.
3) License restrictions / prohibited conduct
Licensee agrees not to:
share passwords, accounts, or access links with non-licensees,
copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Software available to others,
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source logic beyond what is permitted by mandatory law,
remove or obscure copyright, attribution, or “Licensed to” markings.
Watermarking / Traceability. The Software contains multiple embedded identifiers (visible and non-visible) that associate each copy and/or exported output with the Licensee. Removal, concealment, alteration, or bypassing of these identifiers is prohibited. Unauthorized sharing, sublicensing, or redistribution will result in immediate termination of the license and may result in legal action for infringement.
4) Patient data / identifiers
The Software is intended for use without patient identifiers. Licensee is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their employer policies and applicable laws (including GDPR and healthcare confidentiality rules).
Licensee must not enter names, personal identity numbers, or other information that can identify a patient.
5) Data storage and responsibility
By default, the Software stores data locally in the user’s browser/device and no data is saved or exported externally (either within the program or its producer/Sarovic Consulting AB). As such, it is the Licensee’s responsibility to comply with local rules and legislature regarding Point 4 (Patient data / identifiers).
Sarovic Consulting AB does not guarantee recovery of local data. Licensee is responsible for exporting/backing up data (e.g., CSV export) as needed.
6) Fees and payment
Licensee agrees to pay the subscription/license fee as invoiced prior to each period. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable.
7) Updates and changes
Sarovic Consulting AB may update or modify the Software. Features may change over time. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain compatibility of exported/imported datasets, but compatibility is not guaranteed.
8) Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email. Response times are not guaranteed unless a separate support SLA is agreed.
9) Warranty disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarovic Consulting AB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost profits. Total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by Licensee for the Software in the prior 12 months.
11) Termination
The license terminates automatically without refund if Licensee breaches these Terms. Upon termination, Licensee must cease use and delete local copies of the Software and related materials.
Unauthorized distribution and tampering may result in legal action for infringement and recovery of damages and costs.
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes shall be handled by Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer protections apply.
